By using holydocs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
holydocs provides a documentation hosting and management platform. We offer free and paid tiers with varying feature access and usage limits.
You retain all rights to content you upload. By using holydocs, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service. This includes indexing content for AI-powered search and assistant features.
You agree not to use holydocs to host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it for free tier accounts. Business and Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in the plan details.
holydocs is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
