Our mission
Documentation should be a product, not a chore. We are building the platform that makes every team's docs as polished, searchable, and intelligent as the software they describe.
Origin
We spent years building developer tools and watching the same pattern repeat: teams would ship incredible software, then struggle to document it. The existing tools were either too rigid, too slow, or too detached from the developer workflow.
Docs lived in a separate universe from the codebase. Search was keyword-based and useless. There was no AI to help users find answers or help writers improve content.
We wanted a platform where documentation is git-native, AI-powered, and deployed at the edge. Where an embedded assistant can answer questions in context. Where an autonomous agent reviews your docs and submits PRs.
So we built holydocs.
